This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by MSJ Marketing Consultants, LLC.

Service Payments

Payments for SEO, website design, social media management, advertising management, AI services, consulting, hosting, and related services are due according to the client’s proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Setup Fees and Project Deposits

Setup fees, deposits, strategy fees, onboarding fees, and initial project payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Work may include planning, research, account setup, design, development, content creation, SEO setup, analytics setup, meetings, platform access, or internal production time.

Monthly Services

Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated in writing. Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Cancellations

Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing to info@MSJMarketingConsultants.com.

Cancellation terms, minimum commitments, notice periods, and final payment obligations depend on the client’s written agreement.

SEO Service Commitment

SEO services may require a minimum service commitment. If a client’s agreement includes a minimum term, the client remains responsible for payments due during that term.

Website Subscription Plans

If a client chooses a website subscription plan, MSJ Marketing Consultants, LLC retains ownership of the website unless otherwise stated in writing.

If the client cancels or stops paying for the website subscription, MSJ Marketing Consultants, LLC retains ownership and control of the website, hosting, files, design, and related assets unless a written agreement states otherwise.

SEO and Website Subscription Combination

If a client receives a website subscription option through an SEO plan, the client must meet any required SEO service commitment stated in the written agreement.

If the client cancels SEO services but continues the website subscription, MSJ Marketing Consultants, LLC retains ownership of the website unless otherwise stated in writing.

Ad Spend

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, or other ad networks are controlled by those platforms. MSJ Marketing Consultants, LLC does not refund third-party ad spend.

Third-Party Costs

Fees for domains, hosting, plugins, software, stock images, premium tools, licenses, and third-party platforms are non-refundable unless the provider issues a refund.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact MSJ Marketing Consultants, LLC first to resolve billing questions before filing a chargeback. Improper chargebacks may result in paused services, account review, and collection of unpaid balances.
